I've recently become a snorer (mid 50's) and my wife's a light sleeper, the worst combination.
I bought some mouth tape from another company and it was pathetic, too small, terrible glue and there was no give in the tape.
I bought more strips from another company because their marketing blurb read better, these were an improvement but still with some drawbacks.
On our fourth mouth tape purchase my wife found "Like a Log" sleep strips. They arrived within a couple of days which is fantastic as the others took weeks. They're comfortable, stretchy, the adhesive is perfect, and they're not itchy like some.
They're completely comfortable during the night, and you don't feel like you're pulling your lips off in the morning.
My snoring has stopped and quality sleep has re-entered the building, for both of us.

Since using like a log sleep strips I can honestly say my life has already transformed! Why? Because I'm sleeping so soundly. Before trying them I was a little concerned they might feel a bit weird on the mouth but actually I just forget about it. My sleep improved immediately giving me more daytime energy and focus. Thoroughly recommended.
These are fantastic! I didn’t realise how much I default to breathing through my mouth both when I sleep and also just generally throughout the day.
Snoring has massively reduced, and I’m not waking up multiple times in the night with a dry mouth anymore. The material is breathable and you can still open your mouth a little bit if you need so you don’t feel claustrophobic. Looking forward to tracking more benefits too :)
