I was slightly sceptical at first and anxious about mouth taping at night! However I gave the product a go and it really does work! It has made a massive impact on my partners sleep too as they can finally sleep without me snoring. 💤 I genuinely slept better and felt better in the morning. I suffer with dry gums/ teeth normally and it helped with that too. Would highly recommend.

My husband, as well as snoring, makes a weird clicking sound while he sleeps. The only way I could get a decent night’s sleep was to sleep in the spare room. That was, until we discovered ‘like a log’ sleep strips. No more snoring or clicking noises - just peaceful nights! What’s more, my husband says he forgets he’s wearing them!
